The Sauna / What to Expect

Our sauna fits up to 7 people. There is a small changing room, lockers, and bathroom in the building. The sauna is heated to 180 – 200°F.

We will provide a brief introduction to Finnish-style sauna then let you enjoy the session with rounds of heating up, cooling down, and relaxing.

We lightly clean the sauna in between sessions and deep clean at the end of every day.

How to Prepare

Come hydrated after a light snack, arrive early to allow time for free parking on 4th Street (please do not park in the neighbor’s lot). Due to limited space in the sauna, please bring minimal possessions. Please bring a bathing suit, flip flops, water, and one or two towels (one to sit on and one for after the sauna).
